Vinification:
After crushing and destemming, 8 days of stay on the skins followed by racking and ageing for 14 months in french oak barriques.

Ageing: stainless steel barrique

Tasting notes:
Bright ruby red with veined purple hues. Refined and clear range of perfumes. Blood orange, cherry, Mediterranean scrub, coconut and vanilla. Enveloping and harmonious taste with returns of fruit and aromatic herbs. A good balance between freshness and alcohol. Tannin present but smooth and silky. This wine from the Rizzello selection gives a long persistent finish.
